First time to Shoreline
After making our way through the COVID checkpoint and walking by about 6 employees, we were unfortunately told we could not bring in our own chairs to the Shoreline. We ubered to the venue, so returning the chairs to our car was not an option. The woman at the gate was very rude about the chairs, and it seemed like the rest of the employees were not certain about the chair rule. NOT ONE employee informed us on the way in that chairs were not allowed. If someone had let us know, we could have placed the chairs near a tree and retrieved them on the way out. Please update your website with clear information about the chair policy. I checked the website the day before and there was no mention of chairs not being allowed. If the rule is there, it is not clearly stated.
